There should be a poincon I believe for Jean-Jacques Mouton who was the Director from November 1793 to March 1798. The poincon should be an "M" with a flower motif above it. Like this one from An XI:

Some just have the the revolutionary inspector marking called a licteur which I can see the sword has.

Are you going to buy it ?. Would like to. Depends if its still available when I get some money... maybe I should ask the dealer to hold it with a deposit. Do you think it is representative of a good example?
