Hello if I want to make a kydex sheath for a sword but locally the only ones I can find are 300mmx300mm, what are your ideas for me to make it durable? like it wont flap around?

You can get ABS plastic boards that are 1m long. Kydex and ABS are closely related, though Kydex is tougher and needs less heat to form. Else you will have to overlap the plates like scales. You can glue these transitions or you could weld them together, but I think the glue will be easier to make look nice. I haven't been able to find bigger plates as well in europe. I am back to using wood for now, though I have 2 ABS plates in storage for later (pretty cheap, 7€ 100x30cm).
