There is a man by the name of Stephen Edmund who claims I did a “return scam” on his BUSTED, BROKEN AND FATALLY FLAWED Wakisashi. I bought this blade on eBay and won the bid for over $2000. I actually purchased this for a client after receiving the Wakisashi and showing it to the client at great distress. We noticed that the blade was cracked in four different places and the seller had tried to weld a slug of steel into the brake and polish out the damage to hide the cracks. This blade was March papered NBTHK but after contacting the three most prominent Nihonto specialists in the field, the conclusion they came to is that the blade was fairly damaged, ruined and not worth $10. “A pretty paperweight” after we realize this, I contacted the seller, and he proceeded to lie cuss threaten and drag my name through the mud. Everybody on the page sellers and buyers included, all know that I am an honorable person, and I stand by what I offer he is now stating that he is a professional Nihonto restorer and taking commissions to polish blades. This person sells broken cracked and flawed blades with fake papers and tries to polish out the damage. If Steven has a problem and he wants to address it, he can come to this forum and say something to me about it in person but he’s too scared .

Another thread on the same subject. This is locked, at least for now, before it gets started.
