I come across this sword a couple years ago in a house clearance. I've had many positive and great comments about it on my shelf collecting dust. Just hoping someone was able to help me out with some knowledge? Please reply and we'll go from there and il upload some picture and give what minimum info I know about it. Thanks.

Yet another that thinks we have a crystal ball and announces that he has a sword with the only the question, I have a sword, what is it? ?????????? Welcome to the forum.

It is clearly the legendary lost sword of Charlemagne! A priceless artefact, under no circumstances let it go for less than tree fiddy.

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know I found Japans greatest sword, the Honjo Masamune, at a place I shall not name, and have it on my mantle, right next to Excalibur...yeah, that's right, the King Arthur tale is REAL!

If you pulled it from a stone, you could be the true king of England.
Arthur, is that you?

Oh, c'mon guys. Lighten up. Aren't clueless ID posts without any pics or measurements the backbone of the forum? At least he's not asking us to translate anything.
I figure it's Durendal rather than Joyeuse.

Sharp blades are good to have, if Shire-folk go walking, east, south, far away into dark and danger.

Obviously he'd prefer to mail it to someone for a more accurate identification. I think we should take turns having swords mailed to members. One of the perks of SBG membership! Sort of a surprise mystery box!

That has its merits, and I’m for the idea. Who will be the first to send me a sword? Come on, don’t be shy.
