This katana was actually sold to a customer in Italy but, due to Italian absurd import laws, we could not close the deal as it would be impossible to ship, thus it's still on my collection rack.
The blade is quite long at 76cm but decently balanced. The tsuka has been handmade in honoki wood to fit like a glove and it's easy to remove with just a bump like in traditional way. Fittings are genuine antiques and gorgeous, late 18th century, Edo.
The fuchi says 帝都舎 – Living in imperial capital (Kyoto) 正興 - Masaoki (and most likely did the kashira too as it clearly looks like a set) while the tsuba is unsigned but seems to be from Soten School.
Saya retention is very tight and there's no rattle.
Ito is also very tight but it has not been lacquered. Diamonds are even but not very large. You can see two big nodes after the oyatsubo in the diamonds.
