I just bought two swords last night (about 12 hours ago) and they haven't even shown up in my order history. My PayPal account was charged though, so i'm wondering if this is a malfunction of the system or does it usually take some time before the transaction gets processed?

Have you tried contacting your seller directly?
You don’t name the seller, but depending on the seller’s inventory system and location/time zone, there may not have been enough time for the seller to process your order yet.

It's the Kingston Arms Claymore and the RK Euro Model 1, I haven't tried contacting them directly but the SBG website itself hasn't even put it in my order history that I made a purchase. Is this normal cuz if so then I'm fine and willing to wait but if not then I should probably be talking to the SBG guys right?

The SBG store is horrible at updating order history, providing emails with order status, and sending tracking. I haven't ordered for awhile now, but I tend to receive the order confirmation and tracking number around the day after the packages are delivered.

While that does suck, it makes me kinda happy to know that I didn't just get scammed out of $700. Thanks a bunch ya'll.

The SBG Store is legit, even if they aren't the best at communications. All of my orders arrived successfully.

About half the time SBG Communications end up in the spam/junkfolder.
What I don't understand is why sometimes my bank puts a credit card hold on an order and other times not! I will say it saved me a lot of money, LOL.

Unfortunately, even as a Moderator of these forums I don't have any more info than any other customer. I have no actual connection to the SBG Store, am not compensated, etc.
The good news there is us Mods have no dog in the hunt. If we think another store or brand is better, we'll say so.
Here's hoping all goes well and you're happy with the piece you ordered!
