There is only one other wakizashi named Helmut Breaker made by Kanesada which is of very high value. This other sword is covered by Markus Sesko. This sword made by Kaneyasu is also named " Kabutowari " (Helmut Breaker). It has NBTHK appraised in 1973. This blade is mint and flawless and rare hence me asking $2000 shipped for free. It has a beautiful wide Suguha hamon with a nice glowing nie line with very fine tight hada/grain. nagasa is 54cm and the sori/curve is 0.5cm. It is almost katana length. The habaki is of very high quality as you can see by the look and fit. It comes with original Japanese sword registry card as well. SOLD SOLD SOLD Sad to see this blade go.

Hi Steven,
PM sent, and I can empathize.
I thinned out my collection of antique firearms a while ago to focus and acquire some key pieces...what made me feel better was knowing they were going to people who would appreciate them too.
I've been so pleased with the four swords I've purchased from you so far, and I'm hoping to purchase this one too...regardless, since you're selling here I'm sure it will end up at a great home.
