Hi all, I was recently gifted a Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Co sword. Previous owner thought it was from WWI and was demilled (or whatever the sword version of that is called), as one side is shaved down. It appears to be a Blucher Saber of that era, but I can't find any examples that match the D guard and grip. Also it appears to be marked with an "A" that I can't figure out either. Let me know what you all think!

At first glance, it looks like an 1898 Argentine Artillery Saber to me.
Just a guess, though.
