Just got this tulwar from the weapons fair. Compared to "normal" antique tulwars it's hilt is made of brass and seemed too lightweight. I was wondering if its an antique or reproduction?

I'm no expert in Indian swords, but I've seen a few around. Like with Japanese swords, older blades are often refitted to newer hilts, so it may be that the brass hilt here is newer than the blade, which does look old to me.
Edit: Also, being lightweight is almost surely more aligned to being an antique than a modern reproduction, as most tend to be overweight due to a poor grasp of geometry, taper, etc.

Looks like an antique blade on a new hilt. This is a pretty common practice today among makers in India. Both blades and hilts can be reused with newly made parts.

That hilt is definitely not antique, though the design is. Antique tulwar hilts are made of iron, not brass.
