I have a few katana that i want to customize myself with new fittings and practice tsukamaki wrapping, but im not sure where to find good quality koshirae. So my question is what are the best places online to find pieces to make a plain old modern katana a lot more unique and personalized? I need everything from the kashira to the habaki. P.s i dont have the money for custom smith made one of a kind pieces. The most id want to spend on a koshirae set for 1 katana is around $300 give or take. Is that reasonable for good quality pieces or am i lowballing it? Thanks in advance for any replies and help!

You can try sofecoke on ebay. the fittings are very good quality for the price. keep in mind that any aftermarket fittings will likely need at least some adjustments to fit properly, especially habaki. You can also check out Stef's Tosogu on shapeways for 3d printed fittings

I don't have any experience with them, but there is Hanbon forge, who offer complete sets of koshirae relatively cheaply.
Personally I would go with the koshirae you get from one of the iaito sellers. They tend to be pretty good quality, and you can mix and match somewhat. For instance Tozando or Seido shop.
