This one was customized by forumite Rowan. It's a ferocious cutter! Asking 125 shipped. I leave town tomorrow, so if you want it, please contact me asap. I can get it shipped tomorrow. Per his original sales post:
I've done a fair amount of customization on this particular piece. First, all the gross, super-synthetic "bluing" (which was drastically dark black) has been removed. I dremeled a fuller/channel into both sides of the handle scales, running up to the crossguard and down through the endcap/pseudo-pommel. The lines are slightly asymmetrical if looked at from the bottom of the pommel, ending in slightly different places, though this is not visible upright and/or in use. I have also flattened (i.e., made rectangular) the entire grip, which is round on the original. I find the channels and flattening greatly improve edge alignment and indexing, and they just have a better hand-feel than the default grossemesser grip.
The quillons on the crossguard have been somewhat narrowed, and I rounded all the slightly-sharp edges of the crossguard, quillons, and nagel. On the blade itself, I've done substantial modification. First, I've added fullers running up along the spine, extending to the point where the yelman protrudes. The two fullers are decidedly uneven, and one wavers somewhat badly offline and toward the spine at one point. Furthermore, in addition to the fullers, I have laboriously (with a dremel, because I don't have a belt grinder) ground TONS of material off the middle and weak of the blade, giving it a noticeable distal taper that the original completely lacked. Finally, on the pommel, crossguard, and the blade, I've done what I think is a beautiful forced patina/antiquing. The entire piece now looks like it's been forgotten and neglected since the 15th or 16th century, which is how I like my pieces. The leather and throat of the scabbard have been similarly roughed up to make them look older and well-used.
