So the story goes like this... ...enthusiast practices his dueling skills with city park foliage. Im a Canadian and we have some restrictions on weapons our American brothers dont but its an interesting bit o legal "fun-ery" that allows us to carry but not use a sword as a weapon. Whats your take on the following story? Tree trimming swordsmanWhen i read it, my first thought was of an apartment dweller without sufficient room to practice indoors. While its still cold, any excuse to get outside this time o year is a bonus.

I don't live in Texas, but open carry of swords is legal there. Opposite hip from your guns.

I'll take this opportunity to express my steadfast solidarity with all those intrepid sword wielders who, as I do, fight against botanical encroachment. Now, it being spring in North Florida, I'll return to hacking back the ever-growing jungle surrounding my stronghold.
Based on the linked article above. I calculate that Canadian Hamiltonians seem to be lacking in total energy directed at these matters (pundit, didn't I?).
