at that price point if it does not hinder performance it is not really out of the ordinary for it to not be that good but it is pretty random, if it bothers u then it will continue to bother u and u should return it for a replacement and hope for a better tip or a refund

We have those issues on 700 Euro swords from european makers; we have those issues on several Valiant Armoury swords and on Dynasty Forge swords. And uneven fullers, blades which unevenly sharpened etc. Issues like that wont disappear until you reach the 1000 Euro level. Sometimes you get somthing flawless in the lower ranges, but its a lucky shot then.
