Never heard of them, but going by the minimal photos I'm seeing, they look pretty standard fare for the price point. Probably a fair buy for anyone in France/EU but I wouldn't bother, living in the US, myself.

Interesting. These all look more Korean style to me. Nothing wrong with that, they make great blades, as long as you're aware of what you're getting.

Curious what makes you think Korean. Everything I see looks "Japanese" (obviously, made in China). Did a quick search and found what appears to be the "manufacturer's" (term used loosely for Chinese "forges") eBay shop: www.ebay.com/str/murasameswordPretty typical stuff.

I'm not sure they are the same company. eEbay seller has much lower prices, offers shobu geometry instead of moroha, more habaki, different saya. Hard to tell because 95% of the fittings, saya and habaki from Longquan are the same but the price difference is substantial.

Being cheaper direct from the "forge" than through a third-party, especially European retailer is not uncommon or surprising. They mention customization in their own ad copy, so it doesn't strike me as unusual to see different things one place than another by the same "brand". Pretty much everything out of China used all the same stuff, so it's hard to say, but I would be surprised if two different vendors both chose the same name...

It's the predominantly leather ito, narrow looking tsuka and blades, narrow sepas and open or small tsubas that make me think Korean. It's true they could still all be made in China though!
