So many reasons to cringe. But wow....he beat this to death.
And listening to him go into oxygen debt because of the gas mask is priceless.
Can you say, 'tactical machete-pult'?

It's the extreme lateral stress tests that are just silly, not only on this thin machete but other thin machete. Just not how thin machete are used in any way.

I thought the gas mask silly until seeing him get hit in the face multiple occasions in several videos. And then there was a shot of the broken lens. As for his tests, what can I say? A bit extreme and unrealistic, on the other hand it was interesting to see the comparison.

The thing that makes me sad about this is I have trouble finding any of the cold steel machetes that interest me, in Canada. Watching him bust one up that I've been wanting to purchase is a bit of a slap in the face lol.
Interesting to see how much punishment it can take tho

One thing he brought up, that I feel is a design flaw, is the vibration in the handle. Its terrible. I assume there's some kind of harmonic node, but can it be adjusted or moved so hitting stuff does not numb the hand?

The vibrations weren’t restricted to the CS Cutlass, he found it amongst others including the CS Jungle machete, and it shredded the wood scales on a Conder only to mention a few. I had not noticed vibrations on my Jungle, but then I never slammed it into an iron post. Evidently that is a characteristic of a full tang and the grip construction removes or better, hides the vibrations. In his test the Jungle Machete, though the grip was damaged, appeared to have the least damage of all. And from what I saw would be easily repaired using dental floss with a cool flame and then for good measure wrapping with rescue tape. That would make it stronger than the CS offering. Moving over to kukris I’ve heard that one reason the villagers prefer a stick tang over a full tang is that the stick tang will hide the vibrations. In the long run they suffered less hand trauma when using a stick tang. I’ve never experienced vibrations there either, but I don’t use a kukri as hard as a villager might. I have cut up trees and hammered with a kukri, but in those cases used stick tangs. It’s been my experience stick tanged kukris handle better than full tang, I’m partial to them.

One reason he is wearing a gas mask, to hid his identity.
Some of his test are really unrealistic. The handle vibrations happened when he was using the machete unrealistically. The nodes could be off but he would of felt that all the time. I once cut a milk jug with a Darksword and the node was off and it vibrated my hand. It wasn't fun cutting with that sword.
In 2019 I bought a CS Cutlass and the Condor Cutlass to do a review. I was at a time when there were some people comparing slo machete swords to real swords. I had three different types of test to compare the slo machete swords with machetes and swords.

I agree that he does not want to advertise his identity and a reason for the gas mask. I’ve also seen on several occasions a machete kicking back and hitting him in the face, or rather the mask. If he only wanted to protect his ID that soft mask that he wears at the end when summarizing the event would suffice. That one would be cooler, allow for better visibility, more comfortable, and probably easier to breathe through. I also agree who in the heck uses a machete in that manner?
