ATrim Saber I got this wicked fast in-fighter from Age of Chivalry (photo courtesy of their ad). With a 25” blade, it’s more a hanger than a saber, and a ferocious one at that. It boasts a rigid 19th Century style blade with a gentle curve, deep broad fuller, and a spear point. The edge and false edge are hair shaving sharp. Gus even bestowed this blade with a nigh-mythical three step nonlinear distal taper! The result is a telepathically fast blade with poise and presence. The Oakeshott Era hilt is anachronistic to the blade, but gives excellent feel and control. The less common cord wrapped grip is attractive and comfortable. I must admit I had to warm up to the overall look, but this back alley fighter is really growing on me.

Very nice. I had a similar Atrim years back, though it had a knuckle bow. It was very fast but I never got a chance to cut with it. Bet your itching to try it out.
