i found this sword a while ago in thrift store in italy it looked cool and they sold it for just 15€ considering the handle was broken now i’d think this was an older tourist piece because the handle is made of plastic and it has no sign of this line characteristical for japanese swords but some parts of the decoration look really nice and the things on the sheath are handpainted additionally now that i disassembled the sword it looks like the blade has had multiple makeovers and different handles and the like plus the repair seems to have been quite amateurish so maybe im wrong is there a way to hide this line on the blade ? Andy: Hi and welcome to the forum! I'm not aware of any reproduction of this sword. Also the blade form is extremely useless for a real sword and a pure fantasy design. It adds additional weakness to the weakest part of a blade. So I doubt you'll find a custom smith making this for you. You could buy a Chinese Jian sword and try to find a metal worker with grinding skills doing this for you. But it will never be a usable sword, just a decorative object.

Your best hope of finding one already in existence will be BudK and similar retailers of wallhangers. Custom or otherwise, however, you're almost certainly looking at a wallhanger.

They make what is probably the least expensive functional cutter in the world. If the sword in the pics is as you describe, then it's probably pieces from multiple swords. That scabbard didn't come with a sword that had a plastic handle. Neither did that guard.
