On the other hand, if they did actually have a functional website, they would probably be getting at least high consideration for future purchase if not a couple of purchases outright. The Riding Sword looked to be a fine piece and this falchion also seems top shelf (and I wasn't even looking to buy a falchion). I can understand that no one is going to do a printed catalog like the old MRL version, but a makers should at least have a gallery of options and prices on their website. The ability to respond to emails is also a plus (directed at the company which lost a big commission (over $2k) because they don't answer email or return phone calls).

I agree that it's a shame they don't have a really functional website. It doesn't seem to be impairing their business much, though - I don't think Chris is even taking commissions, instead making whatever he wants and selling it when it's done.
