Interesting construction method on this one. Ordinarily, one would expect a full tang until the pommel, which was peened, and a mixture of organic and inorganic materials. You have a completely hidden tang and only organic materials. I'm interested in how this impacts the weight distribution and performance. I like your selection of bone and horn. That will look really attractive when finished.
