Hello,
I’m considering buying an LK Chen Flying Phoenix from them, but am always reluctant buying swords from unfamiliar sites (even if they have that sleek Apple Pay function and nice drop-down selection menus).
That being said, LK Chen’s customer service did say they were a solid option for Canadians, just not much more than that, so I’m curious:
Does anyone have experience with this website?

You’re welcome!
I believe you can also buy some of their models from Kult of Athena. So shipped from the US instead of directly from China. Maybe that’s more convenient for you?

The flying phoenix I’m eyeing is back-ordered on KoA atm but I don’t take for granted how much easier that advice could’ve made buying it
Honestly… I’m also buying from DJS just because they have the specific scabbard design I want haha. I don’t know why but the current orange band design looks a little quirky for me, whereas the jet-black option just seems like something I’d have on a beater

Wasn’t meant to be!
They refunded the order and when I emailed to ask, said it was “due to some unforeseeable difficulties with our workshop and business logistics”. I asked if a future order for the same sword was possible and no response yet.
Fingers crossed they respond late though! Lovely looking piece
