That is a very long sword. What are the specs? I am looking for an Asian longsword like a dan dao or odachi. I still say you have the best job in the world where you can do cutting on company time

I still say you have the best job in the world where you can do cutting on company time :) Hhahah I usually cut at off hours when I'm done with all the works and recovery exercises. The sword is a custom made one at 90cm blade, 30cm hilt, 3mm thick at yokote and 7mm thick at base, making it lightweight at 1080gram. It arrived in winter, thus the name snowflake.

If Little Cutie vs fabric covered thigh roll was 100 marks in cutting performance, with divider closely behind at 97 marks, snowflake on plain thigh roll would score 75 marks.

After teaching a lesson about cutting low targets, I put this to test for demonstrating to the students. The first cut was done with a feint and footwork, which cut to the bone. Then I did finishing cuts style.
