EDIT - if you haven't read through the whole thread - this project is on hold: Post in this thread from 12/8/21: "Thanks everyone for chiming in! Holiday crunch is upon me, and this falls under 'side projects', so going to have to postpone for now.
Merry Yule!" ---------------------
Like the subject says. Feel free to add particular images, links, etc.
Museum pieces are good, public domain, etc. Images of reproductions of historical pieces are fine. Unique creations with original artist/maker permission.
Not swords associated with licensed brands (i.e. Conan, LOTR, etc.)
Thanks to Forum members who chimed in on the previous thread!
When I get enough suggestions, I'll pick a few and work up some graphic designs for apparel printing.

Suggestions so far:
Sword(s) of: - St. Maurice - Charlemagne - Edward III - El Cid
You crew probably have some good links, or even pics from your book collections would be helpful.

Also - any makers/manufacturers out there, I can totally do this for your unique sword designs with a streamlined license/dropshipping agreement. I print apparel in-house - not outsourcing to print-on-demand (POD) suppliers. I would basically be your POD supplier. One Collaborator I've done this with (for their FB group/brand): rambletree.net/collections/green-mountains-of-madnessHis design. I list the products on my store, customer orders from my store, I print and fulfil. He gets a percentage, I keep the difference. Orders/consignment splits visible in real time on a shared Google Sheet.

Hello RambleTree, I would like to nominate my Tod's Workshop Writhen sword. It is essentially a 1/1 replica of the late 15th-century piece in the Royal Armouries Museum but actually approved upon. It even has the Gold-plated(Original was just gilded somewhat poorly, so this is an improvement) bronze fittings and wood (ebony) are on the grip as is original. royalarmouries.org/stories/our-collection/object-of-the-month-for-december-the-writhen-hilt-sword/If you need more photos than these, please let me know. These are my newest. These are older photos. Well, isn't that gorgeous! Thanks - great suggestion. I'll PM you soon re: photos.

Id love my profile pic on a black shirt Nice - that would work well as a graphic - incorporating the shirt color as part of the shadows, etc. I'll PM you soon re: sending an image file to work with. I have access to a wide variety of fonts - some accompanying verbiage/lettering in the design is absolutely possible.

Katana cutting through an arming sword would be neat ;^) Hey man! Hope that Irish sword is treating you well. Ready to have your mind really blown? -- how about a katana and an arming sword cutting through each other . . .

In no particular order: Landsknecht zweihander, quatrefoil claymore, Joyeuse, and a Gallowglass sword. I also second Dark Age and earlier swords, especially a gladius or ring hilt sword. For an Asian sword, perhaps a Han dynasty sword?

For an artistic approach, how about your own interpretation of satsujinken and katsujinken, in a way that reflects their duality.

I’d love to see the whole of Oakeshott typology.
I’m partial to outline/relief/crosshatch drawings of XIIa-XIIIa war swords with a spruced up waisted grip. Go nuts and do an Irish ring pommel.
For that matter, how about a line up of different ring pommel swords.
Any line up of waisted grips will look great.
The Munich is a pretty sword too.
I currently own two sword-tarot shirts.

I'd go for my favorite historical sword: the Munich XVIIIb. Especially with all the original decorations.
