When my wife helps me record review and test cutting videos, she does some test cutting, too. Here's a short montage of it.
It's interesting to see someone of small stature (she's 5 feet 4, around 100 lbs) to use some decidedly single-handed swords in hand-and-a-half grip and add leverage and stability to the cuts.
Swords showcased are:
Angus Trim French Medieval Falchion LK Chen Tang Heng Dao Oakeshott Type XIV Arming Sword Cold Steel Man-at-Arms Langesmesser Shikoto Hidden Samurai Katana

Awesome! Maybe, next time she cuts alot see if you can find a stand about 6 inches lower for her? (At least for the katana I have no knowledge on the cutting mechanic of the European swords) Reference-- I'm 5ft 3 3/4 😂

I set up the stand so that targets are generally about my chest/shoulder height in guard stances but I'm about 10" taller than her. I was actually thinking that she's constantly cutting at head height at which a swing hasn't fully accelerated yet. I think having the stand 6-8" lower is about right. =)
