This is the experiment that I pit a Hira Zukuri katana and an extra sharp and thin katana against Longship Armoury Little Cutie in cutting upper arm targets. Little Cutie won hands down. Then I pushed even further and cut a thigh target with little cutie, with no difficult at all.

The Little Cutie seems to be quite a good cutter. How does it handle otherwise as far as balance and such?

This is the spec. 40.75" overall 11" hilt, 4.0625 POB, 2 lbs 13.5 oz. It's actually a katana sized sword, so the 3 swords in this test are all of the same size.

How did you come by it? Did you ask them for particular specs or?

How did you come by it? Did you ask them for particular specs or? The 2 katana were of lung chuan production, which came by the same size since they are pretty standardized. The dha, was custom made by John Lundemo to the exact size of that 2 katana. He then made the sword by his "feeling" and "experience" to tune it the best. He said this is his most favorite sword so far. :) John Lundemo likes dha, and I figured if I let him make something he likes the most, he'll probably make it the best. He did.

Holy crap, that Longship Armory is a sempriniing lightsaber! Beautiful cuts. Yes, it is the best cutting sword I've used, period. It's not the sharpest in the edge angle, but somehow ended up the best through attaining the perfect balance between acuteness, speed and mass distribution through geometry control by John Lundemo's design.
