Glad you are ok...I live in So Calif whee they are fairly commonplace. I didn't know they were a thing in Panama. This whole region is subject to quakes. Here in Costa Rica we have 7,000 tremors a year. Most go unfelt. A few years ago one hit a few km up the road from me that that measured 7.x that had several fatalities. I’m missing the globe to my office overhead light. It let go during a quake landing inches from my head. There’s more but what the heck. And then there are the volcanos. We had one to let go a week or so back. I live at the base of one that has been dormant for years. I hope it remains that way. Life here is never dull. 😁 I think, my friend, you will have plenty of time to vamoose because volcanoes usually "clear their throats" before they hack up a lava lung cookie. Just don't press your luck if it starts becoming active. Up here in Washington State an old eccentric dude named Truman (I believe) lived on a lake by Mt. St, Helens, and when the mountain blew off...so did he.

I remember the incident. Thanks for the concern all. On a clear day and if I'm in a position I'll take a photo. I don’t believe it has erupted since white man has been here.

Every day I look in the mirror and say to myself "Boy, You are old"... Keeps me from doing stupid during the day!
The solution to earth quakes is to drink beer...When the ground shakes you will walk straight!

I still feel 25 most of the time. Until I hang out with actual 25 year olds. Nope. I’m old. Yea I'm 32, and i feel such a clear divide from such people haha

I am now forty-seven and I have two friends who are only in their twenties. The oldest is nineteen years my junior. The other is about two years younger than him. My other friend is about a year older than me.
