Great looking swords!
Question: is this Yan Ling Dao good for cutting practice?

I’m fairly excited that LK Chen has begun offering curved sabers.
Comments on FB seem to indicate that their Yan Ling Dao replicates the thickness at the hilt and substantial distal taper of the antique original from Peter Dekker’s collection.
If they produce a liuyedao with correct blade geometry - especially base thickness and distal taper - I would just have to get one! This is my favorite type of sword, but antiques are way out of my price range, and the available replicas have poor geometry.
