The signature reads 濃州住三品義明 - Noshu ju Mishina Yoshiaki. With Seki arsenal stamp indicating a non-traditionally made blade with oil quench.
From Sesko: YOSHIAKI (義明), Shōwa (昭和, 1926-1989), Gifu – “Yoshiaki” (義明), real name Mishina Naoichi (三品直市), born July 27th 1909, he worked as guntō smith and died February 5th 1989, ryōkō no retsu (Akihide)

The mountings look a little too "well preserved" to me, and make me wonder if somebody used repro parts (or a mix) to build a gunto around an authentic blade.
elamraoui , would you please provide a link to the ad (PM if you wish), so I can get a better idea of how reliable the vendor might be? I'm not in the market for gunto at the moment.
