Send that guy an invitation to join the forum. I like his attitude.
So much for "any sword created today has no practical value".

I think my favorite funny crime story I read about was a guy who robbed a bank, demanding a sack of cash. The clerk filled a bag with money, but also slipped one of those dye bomb things into the bag as well (it explodes when it leaves the bank building, dying everything it's near a florescent purple - I guess the stuff is supposed to impossible to wash off, too). The guy decided to put the bag down the front of his pants, ran from the building... And boom.
They caught him, needless to say.
On the positive side, the other inmates of the prison he ended up in probably stayed far away from him in the showers....

Back in the late 80's about Christmas time there was an old couple that just left one of the local shopping malls. On the way to their car they were jumped by 5 young dudes. They tried to snatch the lady's purse but she had it slung bandito style so all they managed to do was pull her to the ground. Nobody has a clear idea of what happened next, but all 5 of those goons went to the hospital. Her husband layed them out like a Christmas turkey. The next day they had an article in the newspaper about it. Turns out the old dude was an Auschwitz survivor and then served 35 years in the Israeli commandos. He was quoted as saying "I'd have killed the punks if I didn't have my stroke".
Of all the guys in the world you wanted to rob....

That is the first muzzle loader robbery that I have heard about since Reconstruction of the 1870s.

Well, in another post someone asked if a sword had been used in self defense. I would say that this video answers it.

A guy goes into a sea food restaurant and grabs a lobster out of the tank. As he is running away he stuffs the lobster down his pants. Needless to say he was caught not far from the restaurant trying to free his.....himself from the angered lobster.

Where’s the robbery. As far as I can see nothing was handed over. Seems like a fake video made by them to get views.

I’ve seen this one before. As said above, I like his attitude. But when he had the guy dead to rights he backed off only wanting to scare the guy. I guess most people in general don’t want to hurt other people even when threatened. I guess I’m not most people.

A guy calls 911 and tells them that there is a guy standing on a corner outside of his apartment, watching him and he has a gun. The 911 operator tells him to stay on the phone while they dispatch the police. While he is on the phone with 911 he tells them that he has to go outside and talk to somebody. He goes out there and starts negotiating a drug deal while still on the phone with 911. As it turns out the guy with a gun outside the drug dealer's apartment was a narcotics officer who was conducting servailence on the drug dealer. The 911 recording was used as evidence against the drug dealer.
