Looks alright. Now maybe to wait for someone else to do a version with an edge. I've been mulling over recently about getting something on the more inexpensive price niche for a Viking sword (did the hanwei godfred in the classy's and I used to own one A LONG TIME AGO).

I did looksee again at the Albion Vikings and it has been a long time since I looked at one. Expensive but nice.

Still in circling mode whether to get something Viking esque now or down the road. (Nearly bought a Sticklestad a few weeks ago with a Raptor unokubi)

Windlass runic long seax is also great. A battle ready serpents breath would be a must buy for me. Hopefully with actual amber!

My Hanwei Saxon Sword, a repro of an Angles' sword in Northumbria, the "Gilling sword".
Pattern welded with twisted bars and welded on hard steel edges.
I sanded the tip, removed the black etching and the grip looks worn now.
That's my Serpent-Breath.

I have never heard of this company before though I haven't really been in the sword online culture the past 5-10yrs besides the twice a year swordporn binge.

Especially without an edge. Did managed to find this last night. So many options and they also have a Conan Atlantean offering as well.

There are a lot of different production Viking swords out there I like so I just dunno if I like Serpent's Breath despite how much I love the show (just finished rewatching S3 after S2 a few days ago for about the 3rd/4th time).

Andi, that scabbard is really nice. Once upon a time, I had really wanted a custom Castlekeep Viking but these days, I'm not so picky. Just something to train and cut with though I am more of a JSA guy despite Grandma being part Dane.
