I am trying to find the same (or as close to the same as we can get) decorative nails/tacks that Albion uses their specialty wire and/or leather wrapped grip options. I'm hoping someone here can either provide me with the brand, model, and vendor specifics for the nails used by Albion, or at least recommend a nearly identical alternative. I appreciate any assistance you can offer. Example (this image does not belong to me)

Funny...I am in the same boat... don't know what Albion uses but I found these very small nails on Amazon I think they're smaller than what Albion uses. I just bought them but haven't tried using them yet.

So have you tried digging at McMaster Carr? If they don't have it...you probably can't get it. www.mcmaster.com/

I’m just kinda groping in the dark here, but considering their use, wouldn’t anything short of stainless or precious metal discolor and rust?

I guess I should have mentioned that I spoke to Mike Sigman around 0900S yesterday (12-JAN-2021).
He informed me that he no longer has any clue about the make or model for the pins they use, because he purchased them as a lot from a company going out of business, and this happened long enough ago that he doesn't recall any useful details.
They apparently still have enough stock that he hasn't needed to consider tracking down a comparable replacement.
Mike also mentioned that Albion does slightly modify these pins in some manner when used on their products (my assumption is resizing the length of the pin's shank/shaft, and/or polishing the head).
I am now left with finding good quality pins of a comparable size and shape to those used by Albion.

Just curious but why? Seems like an interesting project. I am not following your question. Would you mind explaining what you mean?

Imo the dome headed tacks they use are a bit uncomfortable. I had a wire wrapped sword from them and the tacks standing proud of the grip don't feel so good in the hand.
I recently used tacks in a diy grip of mine and went for tacks flush with the grip instead, with flat heads.

I guess it's just a matter of personal preference.

I am not following your question. Would you mind explaining what you mean? Lol I am asking why do you want more of the nails? Is it for another project? Yes. They are intended for other sword projects.
