Albion made a European Migration Era sword in the past. I'd order one if it was still possible. I've asked if they'll ever make another Migration Era sword, and they said they would like to offer one again in the future, but had no date to project.
Windlass made a stiletto I'd like to have. If I could find a used one for cheap I'd probably buy it.

That can still be ordered though. Right? That'd be why it's not on the list.

Interesting... some Windlass swords that are easy available in Europe! Strange product policy?!

That can still be ordered though. Right? That'd be why it's not on the list. It's marked as SOLD OUT on the Old site and not listed in the single edged section of the new, so no. Gone baby, gone...

Then they should update their site. Because it says the limited run (of 100) is still availalble at $1,760 per blade. Albion Knecht - "Order Now before this limited edition collectible sword runs out!"

That explains it then. Google will take people to that page, as it did me. But I could see why they'd leave it up - high end sword market isn't going to generate thousands of contacts a day. So no need to archive it.

Why they'd maintain a current and abandoned website is beyond me. But then I'm a newbie, learning as I go. Not that I'll be in the market for an Albion anytime soon anyway. My budget is more at the Windlass level.
In fact, that was really what I wanted to start this thread for - two things. To find out which budget model mass production models were desired (but unavailable). And hoped vendors might see this thread (and its results) and perhaps decide to re-run some popular models.

I'd be interested to know what Albion sword owners' thoughts on Albion re-releasing discontinued runs of some of these highly sought after blades. I own just one Albion (the Knight), and I got it because it was just awesome to me. I didn't really think ahead to that once 500 (or 1000?) were made, no more would be. However, maybe some people buy the limited run ones particularly because they are limited and may appreciate? Do you think owners of discontinued swords would be upset if Albion produced the Knecht again or the Valkyrie?

lol
When Stormmaster says he wants a Valkyrja (remember he's the guy who possesses all of the works of Feanor, most of the works of Telchar, and some of the works of Hephaestus) then I guess I'll be in the market for a Valkyrja.
