What I'm interested in knowing about is how it handles. Everything he makes looks great, is sturdy as a rock, and is sharp as hell. That's just a given.

Yeah Purna said it handles very well in hand, sharp as hell as he says. He said weighs in around 2.2 lbs.

Considering the basic conditions these swords are made in these are works of art but by what I,m reading about Purna Darnal , he seems to be really standing tall in the world of Khukuri and sword makers . Purna Darnal is new to me but I have just ordered a custom version of the "Kaji Amar Singh Thapa" khukuri and cannot wait until the day of delivery . by the way I am loving that fuller on the Tulwar . By what I see of both yours and BN s Tulwars , I think Purna will have a lot more custom work coming his way . This has got me thinking now , for all I like khukuris , I feel the urge to have either a Tulwar or Pulwar made or even a Caucassian Shshka which I have fancied for ages .

Yes it is, although this one I ended up selling to another forumite recently as I am changing my collection, all his wares are excellent you will like whatever you have him make you.
