Purna has sent me show drawings of the sword I am having him make me and will update this thread with more pictures as he progresses through. I wanted a sort of historical sword mixed with a little fantasy, I play D&D every week and of course there weapons in game are no ways accurate terms for real world examples, but their Scimitar is loosely based off real world sword. So I commissioned Purna to make me such a sword so here we go. Blade length will be 28" inches long, horn handle & brass guard with brass chape for the end of the scabbard.   |

You could name it "Twinkle" or "Icingdeath". Of course you'd need another scimitar to go along with it.

That’s looking really nice. I have a soft spot for that profile. I forged something similar (but not nearly so nice) for myself a couple years ago. I’d love to see the same blade style hilted in the fashion of an Avar saber.
