So, remember back I was debating a Glock 19 vs a Sig P320 Compact? Well, I've found something I liked better than either of those. The single action mode of the trigger on the FNX was the most perfect trigger I've ever pulled, light as a feather but controllable and crisp, and surprisingly the chonker was very comfortable in hand. Extremely light yet solid polymer construction, with texturing that secured your grip while being actually comfortable. So Now I have something to save up for. With Family assistance (we are all getting pistols and license to carry) I may be able to get it by year's end.

I very nearly spent my Corona money on this gun. I bought brigandine, a buckler, gambeson, and kettle helm instead.
If we end up with a second corona check...

I usually prefer .45, but in the current crop I really love the 509. Its got most of what I want, and the rest is easily added.

I was all set to buy a new gun (since all my others fell in the lake), and then ended up buying my daughter a VW Beetle. *Sigh*
