Hi! Im looking to get a lightsaber.. does anyone have on these specifically with: 1) sound 2) can change colors with the button (no need for a smart phone) 3) neopixels
basically one like in this guy's video, (but this guy seemed to build it on is own, would rather buy one already built)
Thanks!

I just recently got a neopixel lightsaber from Electrum Sabercrafts. You can change the volume, sound-font, blade type and saved profiles from the touch buttons on the hilt. I would say though that their app makes the whole process a bit easier and quicker when initially customizing these things. Once you make a few profiles though you dont really need the app afterwards. Overall though really happy with the build quality

I have an aegis with the 32 inch neopixel blade. They do make a coupler for certain models to make double bladed sabers, but I'm not sure on the details of it. I would assume you'd need two separate sabers which could be pretty pricey

I would assume you'd need two separate sabers which could be pretty pricey Thanks for the assistance! sorry for all the dumb questions, but if you can help more, i'd really appreciate it! hmm..ok i see! so first each lightsaber will basically function the same.. you first choice is just the design of the hilt (Aegis, Errant, Rement, etc) as far as you know, they will all be basically around the same weight and size? anywho, next you pick designs.. like the switchplate.. they even have 24k gold ones..cool! Is the switchplate just a design or its something you push to turn things on/off? you then pick the backlighting for 3 buttons. i guess it doesn't matter what colors you pick since you can change the color of the blade.. but would picking 3 different colors really look bad? i mean do they shine really bright? next you pick the blade.. i will go with neopixel 32" blade too.. sounds like a perfect size next you pick a sound font... man, what a hard choice! so many of them.. i guess if you buy extra sounds, then you can switch through them easily? Also will the sounds automatically activate on its perspective action? (i.e. hit the lightsaber against something and it will make a "strike" sound) and i guess this will all cost around $500 bucks.. have you seen any deals or coupon codes? thanks again! v/r Bill

I'm glad to help!
Most of the hilts are about the same size, weight I'm not too sure, but I will say that electrum designs them to be weighted and shaped very nicely for spinning/dueling.
The switchplate is a touch sensitive metal plate that functions as your buttons (top, middle, and bottom). You can set some cool functions like sliding up or down the plate to activate the saber. The plate also deactivates when the blade is moving so you don't accidentally turn off the saber etc.
The backlights on the switchplate light up for indication of what "button" is being hit. They are fairly bright, and I've seen people choose 3 different ones and it looked fine, I went with a black and gold theme for my saber, so I chose amber lights for all 3.
The 32 inch blade is great, it is held about an inch or two in the hilt, so its about the same size as my actual sword blades which I quite like. The 36" blade looks a bit more movie-like to me, but I hit stuff accidentally with the blade constantly while I'm messing around with it in my house so I'm glad I didn't get the even longer one.
There are a ton of sound fonts, and I know they have previews you can look at on their website, each font has a few different clash, ignition, blaster block sounds etc. that you can mess with on the app if you want (they're usually all enabled by default). The fonts are very easy to change through with the swtitchplate, and you can adjust the thresholds for how easy you want strikes and such to activate and even EQ and add reverb and bass to the specific font if you want with the app
Overall there was a bit of a learning curve, but they have helpful youtube video tutorials explaining everything.
Lastly, I know they do a May 4th sale every year where some items have some nice discounts and thats when i got mine, but that is a while away again haha.

It does a lot more than any lightsaber from the movies! cost a lot though! looking at dropping $500 bucks on mine You guys just encouraged me to get this in weathered finish: saberforge.com/products/exalted-mk2With 37" neopixel blade, Hero Electronics. Your enthusiasm is awesome wstalcup! I love to see it. If anyone is interested, I used this coupon/discount code for 10% off. 10FREEcool, oh i see that they have multi colors for sure.. but they change at a touch of a button? Also, i can't see a single difference between champion and hero models.. do you see the difference? (besides the price?) and do you think their lightsabers does everything seen in this video ? also i want to try coupon code 90FREE and see if that works! LOL

(besides the price?) and do you think their lightsabers does everything seen in this video ? also i want to try coupon code 90FREE and see if that works! LOL Yes it should do everything in that video. The difference between the Hero and Champion, is the ability to change to the different colors. But the exalted MK2 model is a special new model with a new threaded led mechanism that's special positioning makes it brighter then any other model. This why I went with it Please if you have time read the description, it's pretty cool. saberforge.com/collections/elite-sabers/products/exalted-mk2This one also has this special system. saberforge.com/collections/elite-sabers/products/princess-mk2oh i see! cool! I just ordered saberforge.com/collections/apprentice-sabers/products/arbiterwith Hero and 32" neopixel I like how the arbiter is inexpensive, but still looks good and has the "hilt window" which looks so cool! on the other hand though.. you got me thinking... i wonder how much brighter the exalted mk2 will be! Also its great that it looks just like Obi-wan/Luke's lightsaber! and it doesn't say how long the hilt is, but you should be able to hold the Exalted MKW with 2 hands no problem, with the arbiter, I am not so sure... it says its 10.5", which sounds like it might be on the "shorter" end..and about 1/3 of the hilt has those raised up edges, so it might feel awkward if when holding 2 handed.. I also wonder how just 1 button on the lightsaber, will be able to control all the sounds/lights etc. (for example, the electrum sabers have 3 buttons!) ...finally... I wish there were some reviews on youtube with a Hero/Neopixel Arbiter or Exalted MK2!! I can't believe how many people bought the Exalted MK2 or other saberforge sabers at the lower tiers.. i mean yah, sure they cost 100-300 bucks less.. but man, they only have 1 color or dont have sounds, or the added effects of neopixels. I don't have a lot of money to just throw around, but it seems well worth it to save up to get the better ones. (Buy the best and cry once)

Crusher At Light saber is the best duelling lightsaber. This saber is excellent. Comfortable, light in the hands. It's slightly thicker design suits my male hands
