I have such a British sword. (Pattern 1796 Heavy Cavalry sword) Woolley & Deakin, Birmingham. Years of production 1801-03.
The blade with the initials, what I see is "MRB". How can an officer be identified?
I'm sorry for the mistakes, Google translates me

Welcome to the forum. This is the English version, the labels on yours may vary. Also this is for the desktop version.
After logging in and getting the thread you want click the red “Reply” button in the upper right corner. Type your message and place the cursor where you wish to place your photos. Then click the “Add Attachment” button in the upper right. A new menu will appear and on the left side click “Add files”. Go to the photo in your files that you wish to post and highlight it then click the “Open” button found in the lower right. When the up load is complete the horizontal bar will turn green and two buttons “Insert” and “Delete” will appear, click your choice. You'll need to use the desktop site for uploading attachments so if you're on mobile scroll all the way down and tap the "Desktop" link at the very bottom of the page. The size of your attachment(s) will be limited to 1 MB. If greater reduce the size of the file or use a third party’s site such as Imgur, Photobucket, Flickr, etc. and transfer from there.

Thank you very much, pgandy
Big blade: length 34 inches width 1.5 inches.
And on the scabbard + Band + 2 Loose ring
We can assume that it is:Sword Heavy Cavalry Officer Dress, pattern 1796. But Robson looks a little different.
But what I'm most worried about is the officer's initials.
