Hello, I am sort of trying to find a dao to model a warrior characters sword out of and maybe begin with looking at Chinese swords on my own...is there anywhere that might be a good place to start. I might even take stuff from Ebay.

Go here: lkchensword.com/ They won't have Qing or post Imperial Dao, but the will have excellent examples of historically correct dao. My personal favorite is the Frontier Tang Dao but there are others there as well. |

thanks! I am still looking though for the story I thought I would initially go with a Qing Dao as his abilities connect to the title and everyone who carried a title. Thus people throughout history, I was thinking of the Han Dynasty but...then Qing style was for commonality thanks a lot.  |
