Very nice as always. Quick question, does the patina treatment you do on the copper firings keep it from corroding like untreated copper does? Thanks

Thanks stefano. So it darkens but doesn’t turn green. Do you have any comparison pictures of a new patina and old patina pieces? Just want to see the difference.

Nicely accomplished.
It would be interesting to know the cost of each phase of customization ...
For instance, the total cost of having the saya made, painted ...
The cost of making / wrapping the tsuka ...
The cost of the blade ...
Etc Etc ...
Though, one would understand if a person wasn't interested in disclosing what he / she / it paid for a project ...

I didn't order it

Just want to see the difference. difficult to do, as the patina can be done in a darker note if desired so, I feel I am NOT experienced enough to make great comparison but I'll add here pics of what I have this is fresh bright orange colour an old tsuba fresh patina by cottontail custos, see how josh made his much reder and richer old tsuba josiah boomershine rokusho. it is bright and has lots of sparkly bits. I hope to achieve it some day
