We reviewed the New Kingston Arms Cutlass. It was a lot of fun and since it didn't seem to have a historical antecedent, we filmed the review with a Crusader Era review as well. Kingston Arms Cutlass ReviewThanks for watching!

Sweet intro, brother! Love the production value! Make sure not to cut yourself accidentally by resting your head on the nasal guard, haha. This one caught my eye earlier this year. I'm wondering they call it a cutlass instead of a falchion. How did you make the skull in the ballistic head?

We have about 100 lbs of Ballistic Gel and a Head and torso form that we make the head and torso. You just heat it up and it turns into a viscous material. We just 3d print a skull, drill a mounting hole, and JB weld a wooden stake. Takes some time, but makes for some dramatic footage. Next step is to make it so bleeding material comes out of the skull. Glad you liked it and thanks for Subbing!

Kingston Arms Cutlass ReviewThanks for watching! Thanks for that. I wish it was peened though! It was surprising. I really don't understand all the design choices. I got my parts from LG Martial arts and I'm gonna see if they fit. If they do, i'd say this would be more of a falchion than a cutlass. Thanks for watching!
