Testing out a new theory on the "optimal cutting spot" with 4 Longship Armoury swords and it was successful.
Utilizing the new knowledge, cutting with Neighborhood Swords T10 Hira Zukuri Nodachi on massive big roll and single hand on normal roll.

Nice! Loudness of the impacts makes clear what amount of energy is released during the cuts!

Nice! Loudness of the impacts makes clear what amount of energy is released during the cuts! Yes, I moved from "tip cutting" in the past to the "strongest cutting" at sweet spot to see how it go. From the videos, the stand was moving around the same degree as my past cutting. However, from the user's viewpoint, I have received way less rebound from the impacts than before. So it was a success. Even the thicker swords like DS went through the target in a snap at most of the cuts, except the failed one where I swung too slow for the heavy sword. It was because the first cut went through better than I expected that I tried to tune down the power on the second one, which led to the failure lol. I restored the power on the third cut and it went through nice. Thanks for watching! These are hard targets with pipe core, so it ought to be LOUD.
