Hello everyone, I have looked around the SBG forum and didn't find anything, hope a similar thread doesn't exist! Have you ever heard about the website euro-knife?? I was looking for a Cold steel chisa katana and they have a very competitive price on that item (almost too good to be true ). Does anyone of you have ever purchased from them? Thank you in advance and have a good evening! Pac90

Never heard of them, but I agree, they seem pricey. 435€ is about US $470, and Kult of Athena has it at US $299.95.
Which part of the world are you in? I'm assuming somewhere in the EU, so this will play with shipping costs, taxes, etc. VAT, I assume, is included in the price at euro-knife, which would add cost. Looks like "worldwide" shipping is only 10€, too, which is incredible.
So depending where you are, it may be a good deal.

Good evening guys and thanks for the reply!
I am from Italy and I can guarantee you that here the recharge on prices for swords knives and similar stuff is crazy!
To give you an example the average price that I've found for the CS Chisa katana was 580€ (with just a few exceptions).
I was almost buying the above-mentioned sword from "Sword and more" (which looks like well known and trusted, and they usually sell that katana for 499€, just for March they have a special 10% off on all CS products so it will be 449€).
I didn't purchase from "Sword and more" yet, just because the shipping process will take a long time since the item that I want is in a faraway facility.
If I don't get good feedback on "Euro-knife" I'll probably proceed whit the "Sword and more" option!
In the US you guys have wonderful prices but with the Italian crazy customs and the shipping cost, there's not a lot of saving on the bill. Buying inside the EU at least avoid the customs fee variable and the customs looooooong time.
Have a good one!

Gotcha, Italy would be expensive from any US dealer.
Haven't checked around, but it looks like the Chisa katana has a month-long wait for stock? Plenty of time to shop around, but I figure this place should be as good as any?
