Needing A Custom Katana, Any Takers?

Where to begin? Well, recently I wanted to customize a Cheness O-Katana I have and looked to roninsword for help. He was eager to take on the project but was too busy to at the moment. Now, at first I thought this was a bad thing but then something happened, I changed my mind. I just don't like the size of the O katana and would prefer something smaller. I'm not a student of the martial arts and do not go to a dojo, I'm simply a sword enthusiast who prefers to have one, very well made katana, without spending my life savings to get it. Granted, I'm willing to dish out a sum of money, just not an outrageous sum of money. I would like to have a katana that's unique and just for me. I've seen allot of production katanas and many of them look nice, however none of them are what I want. What do I want you ask? Well, let me try to explain...
1.) First, I want the tsuka dyed blood red.
2.) Second, I want a sageo that is blood red and possibly leather, but cotton is fine.
3.) I want the Ito to be black leather, although I believe goat skin or something like that is more comfortable and durable? Either way, I want something that looks good and is very durable and gives you a good grip on the tsuka. Oh yeah, and whatever it is, I want it black please.
4.) I want a powder-coated saya so as not to leave finger-prints.
5.) I want the saya to be nice and snug so there is no rattling of the blade within it.
6.) I want a good seal so the sword stays within the saya when held upside down.
7.) I want a tsuba that is very durable and attractive. I'm currently searching sites to find a nice one but I can't decide until I get a custom project lined up.
I know that probably doesn't cover everything someone would need to know to give me an estimate on what it would cost for a blade, but hopefully someone can let me know what I missed as to help them further.
