There are very many blades in Lotr that have names and a few cool ones that don’t, (like the morgul dagger) and then there is the Witch King’s Sword. It is by far the coolest and most unique of the villain swords in Lotr with the metal crown pommel and overall eerie dark look to it. Imo this sword deserves a name as it is one of a kind and exclusive to the Witch King, something in sinister black speech like “GhâshAghBurzum” which means fire and darkness. These are just my thoughts of what would have made an epic Lotr addition, a fallen Númenorian forged blade out of angmar fire and enchanted with Morgul sorcery, would have been freaking cool and it deserves a name as it can light on freaking fire for goodness sake so it obviously has some kind of magic in it. They only seemed to make the “good side” blades have names like “Narsil” which was a Dwarven forged blade or “Glamdring” which was Elvish. Even “Herugrim” which was a Rohirrim forged blade with no magic powers to it was named. I wish they would recall that “Morgul/black magic” was a very powerful and existing thing as well and could have (and did with the Witch King) made some very powerful blades obviously, and ones very worthy of a name/names at that. What do you guys think? (United Cutlery Licensed Replica)

The witch queen. Lol whats that in black speech? As far as I know “queen” or “king” isn’t in black speech. “The Witch King of Angmar” is just what the free people’s called him but he was really the leader of the Nazgûl. Tolkien did not write much black speech beside the inscription on the one ring

It wasn’t called “black breath” the black breath was a nazgul ability that was basically toxic gas

I'm what you might call a Tolkien Purist. While I enjoy the movies a lot, they're nothing compared to the books. PJ's movies are at their best when they're faithful to the books and at their worst the further they stray.
I'm also not much interested in the usual fantasy designs. So, imo, the look and designs of the film are at their best the more historical they are, and at their worst the more fantastical they get.
All that said, the design of the Witch-King's sword isn't terrible, but its not one of my favorites. If you want to come up with a name for it, you'd have to find out (or make up) if the Witch-King owned the sword prior to him becoming a wraith, or after. If after, there would be no problem giving it a name in the Black Speech. If prior, then name would most likely be in Adunaic, the language of the Numenoreans. The Witch-King was a Numenorean.
As the Witch-King was of the party of Numenoreans known as the King's Men, he was jealous of the immortal Elves, and hated them. As such, I very much doubt his sword or any of his other gear would have been given a name in Quenya or Sindarin.
