You mean the little V shape on the ricasso? Could be Ateliers de Paris (Versailles) ,,(v)erifier'' inspection stamp, though one sees those mostly on hilts. Versailles blades have the ,,A'' of Ateliers de Paris and the fasces stamp on the blade just above the ricasso. Often seen on Cuirassier blades. See l'Hoste ,,Armes Blanches'' under Versailles. Cannot see whether it even is a stamp. If not, there's not really a reason to worrie. Officers blades were often unmarked private orders. As far as I can see from here this sabre looks legit enough.

Very hard to see but most probably private retailer mark or partially erased poincon but definitely not from Versailles, Klingenthal or even Chatellereault. Maybe even from satellite states under the Empire (Italy, Holland, German states, etc).
