Does anyone know a good list of sites to purchase fighting manuals? Now I know you can find almost any book on amazon but this is for people who may be looking for the different options without knowing The names or translations of manuals or the original instructor. For example I sought out Ringecks knightly art of the longsword and has great fun and learned a lot (self taught with the book is how I ha e to learn at the moment) but let’s say I wanted to pick up a manual or rapier but didn’t know who or what style I wanted. Does anyone know a good site that caters to fight manuals or has a very diverse section? This also extended to kenjutsu and other various armed Japanese manuals as the different school and translations can be a bit overwhelming. Specifically if someone know a good manual for Niten ichi ryu and where to purchase that would also be great

I should've also mentioned earlier that it is, from my experience, MUCH harder to find good texts on Japanese swordsmanship. Whereas European texts (particularly German longsword, English saber and backsword as well as Italian rapier) covering everything from culture to techniques to combat are easy to find, the Japanese texts translated into English are far more limited to the zen swordsmanship lens. The majority seem to hover around Eisshin Ryu, Toyama Ryu and Nakamura ryu (the ones with a larger install base in the West); niten ichi ryu is nearly impossible to find an instructional text on in English from my experience, which is most unfortunate as its a great style to study. Similarly, good luck finding texts on the main Shinkage ryu's, Shinto ryu or others like Kashima Shin Ryu. Most texts just focus on culture and philosophy, leaving much to be desired with regards to technical description. Which really is obnoxious for scholars and practitioners.
