I recently completed My karabela saber and was very pleased with it. However after doing a bit of cutting I fond that there is a slight tinking noise coming from my grip or cross guard. (I suspect the guard because I did not glue it on only the grip) Anyway If it is the grip making this sound does it mean my saber is dangerous of will fly apart? Also Could it be prevented from flying apart by adding a pin? I have the grip drilled for now anyway and if it still makes the noise it don't matter as long as it will hold together. I also did a bit of carving to the plane grip think it looks better now.

I don't think you're in any mortal danger. Guards coming loose is a natural part of sword use, usually due to a looseness between tang and tang slot or the grip being not very tightly fitted against it. Personally I would shoot it full of epoxy, And if you feel confident in it then you could also pin it too.
Your handle is pinned on, so I really don't think any looseness of the cross would represent possible critical failure. In fact you could even completely lose the guard and I think you could still probably use it, given that the tang hole in the grip isn't too large.

And i used an entire tube of epoxy inside the grip and it was completly full and oozing out of every opening on the grip which was 2 halves carved out around the langets and the tang so it is totally full and solid and soon will have a pin through it so even if it was the grip tinking the pin in the grip will take care of any problems after I add it. I think it may just be the back shoulders of the blade or the tang making that noise where it meets the guard but better safe than sorry so ill pin the grip.
