Hello there, Joined recently to learn more from the Experts on here, got a British model P08 with WW1 markings from an auction house and absolutely love it. hopefully it's the first of many, i would like to stick with British swords and probably Cavalry & Infantry only. but never say never those Japanese swords do look good. regards John

Welcome! It’s always nice to get new folks here! Carolingian/Viking swords are my favorite, but also enjoy all types of euro swords and Katana.

Welcome aboard! Good thing to keep an open mind. I went for years only wanting Japanese styled swords. When I finally got a Euro styled one I was blown away and immediately regretted years of band wagoning. Turns out pretty much all swords are pretty cool, hahaha.

Welcome!
I had a single "real" sword for a long time, a Last Legend Katana. A few years later I finally got a Marine Corps NCO sword (earned it, figured I should own one...). A few months ago I asked myself why do I have a Japanese sword when I am not Japanese? I decided to get something that reflect my European Heritage and I have acquired 3 euro swords in the last few months. Welcome to the addiction!
