What patterns was Poland using during the Napoleonic wars? I've had trouble finding any associated with the nation at the time. Usually, when I see a sword from that time claiming to be of Polish origin, it looks like a French or British copy.

Or I guess it might make more sense to refer to the Poles as "The Duchy of Warsaw" at the time

That's the thing, I'll see swords like that, but they're starkly different to earlier Polish swords and look distinctly French. I'm wondering if Poland was just buying their soldiers arms through other states. Here's a French pattern sword that looks very similar.

Maybe? Again, I'm no historian, but with passing familiarity I think the swords of the time had a lot of similarities.
If you google kościuszkówka you'll see some, at least to me, somewhat distinctive features, a more square knuckle guard on many of them and just in general things being more angular to my eye.
Definitely not something I'm well read about :-P

From oldswords, an 1895 era cavalry trooper model Then as you show a rather ubiquitous type of hilt used across Europe from the 1790s and as late as the 1840s-1850s. Those three listed as cavalry but you'll see it across Europe on infantry models. There are the other influences in Europe and keep in mind that the Napoleonic era really only spans a dozen years or so after the French revolution but also mark that Bonaparte controlled Soligen for years, hence the overall influences of French stylings. Truly, what I know of the whole European theatre during the Napoleonic era would barely fill a thimble but as far as the swords go, The French influences were widespread even before Napoleon control reached his peak.
