The handle does not feel strong or comfortable. The strap I need to cut and find a way to make it adjustable.

The quick and easy way to adjust is with a buckle. A more authentic way is to make aligning holes in both sections of the leather and lace with a leather strap. In either case you will probably have to replace the existing strap with something longer.

A company in India that is no longer on eBay. It is 25 inches by 15 inches not sure on the weight but is heavy and is made from 16 gauge steel.
