Did anyone ever market the Excalibur (Hero Sword) from the 2004 movie King Arthur? The sword that Clive Owen carried in the movie. It was a pretty sharp looking sword, no pun intended. In my opinion it was the best looking of all the Excaliburs. Maybe the movie didn't do well enough for anyone to think about reproducing it.

no i was too busy looking at Keira Knightley the whole time in all seriousness tho it reminds me of the conan atlantean for som reason, i believe a prop was made of it but it was not even made of steel but instead aluminum

It had a similar look but no where near a heavy or bulky. You could call it a practical Atlantian. Then Clive was no Arnold either. I can't even find a decent picture of one.

Found a picture of the prop for you, Gunnar: Curiously, it has Ogham script running up the blade, though as far as I can tell, it's gibberish; I doubt it actually means anything, considering the historical accuracy of the film, but if anyone knows, I'd love to know for sure one way or the other. Here's a closeup of the inscription: Far as I can tell, it's either "LQAD EBV TO RELQETEL" or "LETEQLER OT VBE DAQL". Ogham apparently runs bottom to top, but since the line lacks the arrows at beginning and end, I've no clue which end is which.

It's suppose to read "Defender of the Land", if I remember correctly.

Huh. Looking at it, it looks like that was the intention, but it's been flipped, rendering it meaningless.

Found a little bit better picture of it, Stormmaster is going to like this one. Vincent I think your picture is a movie prop sword used for distant filming where the details were not important. I see the twin Lancelot swords being sold on the internet but not this one.
